These terms of service govern the rights and obligations related to the purchase and use of Tanya Pilates online courses.
1. General Provisions
These terms apply to the purchase of digital products (online courses) through the Tanya Pilates website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Order and Payment
An order is binding upon submission and successful payment. Payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway. Prices include VAT.
3. Product Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive an access link to the course at the provided email address. Course content is delivered as video lessons hosted on the YouTube platform. Access is provided immediately and without time limitation.
4. Platform and Advertisement Display
Video course content is hosted on the YouTube platform. The display of advertisements before, during, or after video playback is part of the YouTube platform's functionality and is not under the seller's control. By purchasing a course, you gain access to the expert lesson content — not to an ad-free platform. The seller is not responsible for advertisements displayed by the YouTube platform. The presence of advertisements on the YouTube platform is not grounds for a complaint or withdrawal from the contract. For ad-free viewing, we recommend using YouTube Premium, which is provided directly by Google.
5. Withdrawal from Contract
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access provision, you agree that you waive the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If the course has not yet been accessed, you may withdraw within 14 days. Reasons related to the functioning of the YouTube platform (e.g., display of advertisements) are not grounds for withdrawal from the contract.
6. Copyright
All course content (videos, texts, graphics) is protected by copyright. By purchasing the course, you obtain a license for personal use only. It is prohibited to share, copy, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes.
7. Liability
Courses are intended for informational and educational purposes and do not replace professional medical consultation. You exercise at your own risk. In case of health issues, we recommend consulting a doctor.
8. Complaints
In case of technical problems with course access, contact us at tatyana.tte.pilates@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Complaints regarding the display of advertisements on the YouTube platform will not be accepted, as this is a feature of the third-party platform.
